Chocolate Cupcakes

Last week I made some chocolate cupcakes for my friend's birthday using the Pioneer Woman's Chocolate Sheet cake recipe, found here. Mmm they were really yummy! Everyone said that they liked them.

Baking supplies and a cute puppy

Over the weekend I bought some new cupcake cases and some cute cookie cutters.

I haven't had time for baking yet because we have just had a new addition to the family- a new puppy!
Her name is Lily and she is so cute- and mischievous!

I am feeling so inspired by all the Easter things available at craft shops at the moment. Cute mini buckets in pastel colours, bunny cookie cutters, basket-weave cupcake papers, fluffy little chicks... I could go on. I have some great ideas for Easter baking.

I especially want to try baking some hot cross buns for the first time. Wish me luck!
